About Emily

Therapy can offer both compassion and challenge.

A place to feel understood while building the flexibility to respond differently to what life brings.

Hi, I'm Emily.

I'm a Colorado-licensed clinical social worker specializing in OCD and anxiety. My approach combines specialized clinical training with curiosity about your experience, relationships, and the things you want more room for in your life.

I believe therapy can be warm and relational while also making space for meaningful change. You don't need to show up with the perfect words or a complete understanding of what's happening. We'll work collaboratively, draw on evidence-based approaches, and keep your goals and values at the center.

Making room for uncertainty and change

Room to Be Therapy is built around the idea that you can take your thoughts and feelings seriously without treating every thought as fact, every feeling as a warning, or every uncertainty as a problem you must solve. Therapy can help you practice new ways of responding while making room for the full human experience.

My work is grounded in respect for each person's context and pace. We'll discuss what feels useful, what feels challenging, and how treatment connects to the life you want to live.
